This Privacy Policy describes how Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Enzonic Cloud platform at cloud.enzonic.com (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide through our authentication provider.
Usage data. We collect information about your use of the Service, including servers you create, resource consumption (RAM, CPU, disk), and billing transactions.
Payment information. Payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Technical data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and access logs when you interact with the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your account balance and subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts, service alerts).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers. Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., payment processors, authentication services, cloud infrastructure providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for up to 90 days for operational and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use session cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Service may not function correctly as a result.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at admin@enzonic.com and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights

9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Clerk (authentication). Each third party has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for their data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
