DMCA Copyright Policy

Enzonic LLC("Enzonic") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material hosted on Enzonic Cloud infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (including exact server IP, URL, domain, or container identifier).
- Your contact details: address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your hosted material or server instance was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Enzonic LLC maintains a strict policy of terminating access and shutting down accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
