This Privacy Policy describes how Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Enzonic Cloud platform at cloud.enzonic.com or enzonic.com(the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide through our authentication provider (Clerk).
Usage data. We collect information about your use of the Service, including servers you create, resource consumption (RAM, CPU, disk), and billing transactions.
Payment information. Payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Technical data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and access logs when you interact with the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your account balance and subscriptions.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts, service alerts).
- To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers. Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., payment processors, authentication services, cloud infrastructure providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for up to 90 days for operational and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use session cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to preserve your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS), to protect your information.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at admin@enzonic.com.

9. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Clerk (authentication). Each third party has its own privacy policy.
10. AI Infrastructure & Zero Data-Training Commitment
Enzonic Cloud utilizes autonomous agentic intelligence (Enzica AI) strictly for platform telemetry analysis, automated security sweeps, server de-allocation verifications, and user support assistance.
Zero Model Training: Under no circumstances will your server files, source code, game world data, database contents, configuration files, or personal information be used to train, fine-tune, or index public or private machine learning AI models. All AI inference queries operate under strict zero-retention data privacy guarantees.
