4. Billing and Credits

Services may be purchased using account credits. Credits are non-refundable and hold no real-world cash value. Free tier credits are provided at our discretion and may be adjusted or revoked at any time.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Enzonic LLC does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Enzonic LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
