1. General Policy

At Enzonic LLC, a Kentucky LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their cloud services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Account Credits

Services are primarily purchased using account credits. Except as required by law, account credits are non-refundable and hold no real-world cash value once deposited.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, if you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refunds after the first 7 days, or for renewal payments, are not typically provided and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptions and Abuse

Refunds will not be granted to users who have violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, including but not limited to hosting malicious content, launching DDoS attacks, or engaging in illegal activities.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your account.
